WATCH: MS Dhoni holidaying in Thailand ahead of IPL 2025

Far away from the bustle, former India captain MS Dhoni was seen enjoying some valuable time with his family in Phuket, Thailand.

Former India captain MS Dhoni was seen enjoying quality time with his family in Phuket, Thailand, far from the bustle and noise of cricket. A photo shared by his daughter, Ziva Dhoni, on Instagram showed Dhoni standing waist-deep in gentle sea waves, wearing a sleeveless black top and enjoying every moment. In a candid photo, MS Dhoni is seen relishing his time in the sea, standing among the waves and taking in the tranquil atmosphere. Nearby on the shore, Sakshi Dhoni, wearing a pink swimsuit, observes him from afar, debating whether to step into the water herself. With only a few months left for the IPL, this vacation getaway served as a refreshing break for MS Dhoni.

MS Dhoni in IPL 2025

After millions of discussions about MS Dhoni’s future in the IPL, which we saw before the IPL retention, everything ended on 31st October when CSK confirmed that MS Dhoni is in the mix for IPL 2025 as an uncapped player. This news was interesting, although it was already anticipated that CSK would retain Dhoni as an uncapped player. Now, things look smooth, and fans can surely enjoy the superstar once again hitting his helicopter shot in the yellow jersey. It’s commendable how people still love him despite his retirement from international cricket five years ago and his current form in the IPL, where, in recent years, he has come lower down the order and hasn’t faced many balls. Yet, the popularity that MS Dhoni has all over the country is incredible.
