Cricketer KL Rahul helps a 20-year-old student fund his education

"Last year, KL Rahul helped to get admission into college," thanked the student.

After Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul has come forward to help a 20-year-old student to fund his education. Many have come forward to help students pursue their education dreams. Recently, the student named Amrut Mavinakatti, a resident of Mahalingapura in Bagalkote district, to continue his education. One of his videos have gone viral on the social media, where the student has thanked KL Rahul for helping his education.

As reported by thesouthfirst.com, KL Rahul has extended financial aid to Mavinakatti to pursue his B. Com first-year studies at KLE Technological University in the BVB College campus in Hubballi. KL Rahul had helped him get admission to the college last year and promised, to help him financially in the second year as well. KL Rahul provided Rs 75,000 to Amrut Mavinakatti.

While, talking to a reporter, Amrut said, “Last year, KL Rahul helped to get admission into college. I also scored a 9.3 CGPA in the first year. He stands by his words, and has paid Rs 75,000 for my second-year studies. I thank KL Rahul, Manjunath Hebasur and Bagalkot’s Nithin for financially helping me to continue my studies. I will continue to put sincere efforts to excel in academics.”

In 2023, Rahul has shared photos with students where he supported the students with their education. He captioned the post as, “35 years of unwavering commitment towards helping women and children have a better life. Truly inspiring. So grateful to now have the opportunity to contribute and do my bit with the Vipla Foundation.”
