Sony Pictures Network India chief executive NP Singh has been elected as the new president of the Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF).
NP Singh was voted to the coveted post of the IBF president at their 19th annual general meeting.
NP Singh will succeed Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited managing director Punit Goenka as the new head of the broadcasters’ body.
All other elected positions have remained the same. However, appointed member Girish Srivastava, Secretary-General, IBF has stepped down from his position.
