In a welterweight bout against a top-ranked opponent, Kelvin Gastelum will make his comeback.
For a UFC fight night event in December, Sean Brady and Kelvin Gastelum will square off in a welterweight match.
The welterweight contest between Sean Brady (15-1 MMA) and Kelvin Gastelum (18-8 MMA) will take place at the Target Centre in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Saturday, December 2.

After competing in the middleweight class for eight years, Gastelum, 31, will move back up to welterweight. The Arizonan most recently faced and defeated Chris Curtis (30-10 MMA) at UFC 287 in April of this year.
On September 16 of last year, Kelvin Gastelum was scheduled to face Shavkat Rakmonov (17-0 MMA), however he had to pull out due to injury. At the time, Gastelum posted a statement on his YouTube account that read:
Less than two weeks prior, at Noche UFC, Gastelum was scheduled to make his 170-pound debut against Shavkat Rakhmonov. However, he was forced to withdraw due to several fractures on his nose and face from an accident during training. The former interim title contender defeated Chris Curtis in April, ending a two-fight losing streak in his most recent octagon outing.
Brady hasn’t competed since suffering his first professional defeat to Belal Muhammad at UFC 280 last October. Due to an injury, Brady withdrew from two scheduled bookings in 2023 versus Jack Della Maddalena and Michel Pereira.
Prior to his most recent TKO loss to Belal Muhammad (23-3 MMA) in October of last year at UFC 280, Brady, 30, had an astounding 15 wins in the octagon.
Jared Cannonier (17-6 MMA) will compete against Roman Dolidze (12-2 MMA) on the fight programme on December 2nd.
At bantamweight, Rob Font (20-7 MMA) and Deiveson Figueiredo (21-3 MMA) will also face off on the card.
