Additionally, it was noted that she left behind a suicide note, providing further evidence of her intentions. The medical examiner also observed bruises on her body, likely caused by self-inflicted injuries resulting from falls while intoxicated. Sara Lee was 30 years old when she passed away.
Sara Lee gained prominence in wrestling when she won the WWE’s reality show “Tough Enough” in 2015. This victory earned her a one-year contract worth $250,000 with WWE, and she competed on the NXT Brand. Although her time in WWE was brief, as she was released in 2016, the news of her death deeply saddened the entire wrestling community.
