Rudi Garcia Sacked: Saudi Pro League: Al-Nassr Football Club on Thursday officially announced the sacking of their coach Rudi Garcia after less than a year in charge. Reports have claimed that dressing room tensions and Cristiano Ronaldo’s dissatisfaction with Garcia’s style of play prompted the decision. The disappointing results as well as the recent draw against lowly Al Feiha turned out to be the last straw for the Al-Nassr owners. Follow Saudi Pro League LIVE Updates on InsideSport.IN
Ronaldo, the superstar signing for Al-Nassr, was reportedly frustrated with Garcia’s coaching and expressed his dissatisfaction to the club. Since joining the club, Ronaldo has scored 11 goals in 10 games, but the team’s overall level of play has been disappointing, leaving them with little chance of winning their first league title since 2019.
However, despite the rumours of a fall-out between Ronaldo and Garcia, the Portuguese striker sent a farewell message for the Frenchman as the 38-year-old attacker wrote on his Instagram story, “Pleasure to have worked with you. Wishing you all the best for the future.”
Al-Nassr managed to gain just seven points from their last four league games, dropping to second place in the table, three points behind leaders Al-Ittihad with seven games left in the season.
AlNassr can announce that Head Coach Rudi Garcia has left the Club by mutual agreement.

The departure of Garcia has been confirmed by the club, with Dinko Jelicic stepping up from the Under-19s to replace him. Notably, the side will face a crucial game against Al-Hilal on April 19. Al-Nassr will be hoping that the new coach can improve their chances of success and keep their star player happy.
