Bengaluru struggled to get past I-League champions RoundGlass Punjab’s defence in the second game, but they still managed to win 2-0. The two goals by the Blues were scored by Javi Hernandez and Udanta Singh. Bengaluru FC now has four points from two games after drawing their opening encounter against Sreenidi Deccan. Sreenidi, who triumphed over Kerala Blasters in the day’s first game, are tied for the lead in points. The Blues and RoundGlass Punjab will play their last group stage matches in the Hero Super Cup on April 16 against the Kerala Blasters and Sreenidi Deccan FC, respectively.
