Undoubtedly, Rinku Singh is the toast of the nation right now due to his immaculate ability to finish matches for India and also due to his power-hitting. The southpaw’s ability to do that consistently in the ongoing T20 series against Australia speaks volumes of the hard work the 26-year-old has put behind the scenes. Rinku’s six-hitting ability has been the standout feature, and he credits his love for weightlifting as the main secret

Speaking candidly with Jitish Sharma on BCCI TV, Rinku said, “I focus on my work ethics in the gym, eat well, and also I am fond of lifting weights.”

While there is no doubt that Rinlu deserves every bit of the appreciation he is getting for his superb knock of 46, Jitiesh Sharma also played his part in his valuable knock of 35 in the fourth T20I in Raipur. The Vidharba wicketkeeper batter credited his batting partner Rinku for calming him down.

“I would like to take a minute and thank you (Rinku) for calming me. He helped me settle in and kept urging me to play my natural game,” Jitesh said.
