It was only last week that PV Sindhu had injured her left knee during the French Open Round of 16 match against Thailand’s Supanida Kathetong, but it might just be a little more serious than just a niggle. It is needless to say that PV Sindhu has missed the ongoing Hylo Open, and will also miss the Korea Masters, Kumamoto Masters Japan, and China Masters, all before Syed Modi India International 2023. It seems that Sindhu too had undermined her injury.
Sindhu, later on Twitter went on to say that, the break would help her focus on the Olympics and would be ‘back on the court very soon’.
