The teams will face each other twice in a round-robin style as part of the PSL format. The first round of matches will be played in Multan and Karachi before the action turns to the second round of matches in Lahore and Rawalpindi. After the league stage is through, the top four teams go to the playoffs. The Qualifier will feature the top two teams from the league stage, while the Eliminator will feature the third and fourth-placed teams. In the second Eliminator match, the victor of the Eliminator will face the loser of the Qualifier. The winner of the second Eliminator and the Qualifier will compete in the final.
