PSL 2022 Draft: Quetta Gladiators pick up Jason Roy, no suitor for Chris Gayle: With as many as 444 overseas players set to be up for grabs, the player draft for the upcoming PSL 2022 season took place on Sunday. While England’s Jason Roy was picked up by Quetta Gladiators, Universe Boss Chris Gayle failed to get any suitor. Follow the PSL 2022 Draft live at Insidesport.IN
The season will kick off in late January, which will see each team play the other teams. The games will be held in Karachi and Lahore with an equal number of day and night games.
Apart from this, a couple of IPL players were also picked from the players’ draft, and ahead of the IPL 2022 auction, their price in the Pakistan Super League would have given IPL team owners cues about their bidding idea ahead of the cash-rich league.
