According to German sports outlet SPORT 1, former Everton coach Carlo Ancelotti has been keeping an eye on Heung Min Son for a long time. The recent success of the South Korean has impressed the Real Madrid manager.

Son’s current contract stretches his stay at the North London club till 2025, still Real Madrid is reportedly eager to make a move in the upcoming transfer window. The likes of Marco Asensio and Eden Hazard are looking to end their tenure at the Spanish Capital soon. Hence, Madrid will be looking forward to making a lucrative offer to Tottenham Hotspur.

Son has been influential since his introduction to the North London club back in 2015. The player already has a whopping 136 goals and 76 assists under his name in 341 appearances. The South Korean forward won the Premier League Golden Boot last season with 23 goals under his name. Son also finished over his teammate Harry Kane in the 2022 Ballon D’or rankings. The forward has been influential in their Champions League qualification last season.
