Premier League LIVE: Full Time – Watford beat Man United 4-1 as United crash to 7th place; Ole out? – 16th place Watford trash Manchester 4:1 as United slip to 7th place in the league table. Watford had a party at Vicarage Road as King, Sarr, Joao Pedro and Dennis all score to put Ole under more pressure as the manager is running out of time.

David De Gea made 2 penalty saves for his team but were proved to be of no use as Watford score 4 goals. Donny Van de Beek score his 2nd goal in the Premier League after being brought on at half-time.

Scorers: King 28′, Sarr 44′, Pedro 90+3′, Dennis 90+6′; Van de Beek 50′

The pressure is piling on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after Manchester United had Harry Maguire sent off as they were hammered by struggling Watford.

Watford were awarded a penalty in the sixth minute, when Scott McTominay clumsily brought Josh King down in the box. Ismaïla Sarr’s initial spot-kick was saved by David de Gea, but Kiko Femenina followed up and tucked away the rebound.

However, a VAR review revealed that Femenina was in the box when the penalty was taken, and referee Jon Moss order it to be retaken. Sarr stepped up again, and De Gea saved again.

But after piling on the pressure, the Hornets finally did take the lead in the 28th minute, when King turned in Emmanuel Dennis’s cross for a well-deserved 1-0.

And just before half-time, Sarr made amends for his missed penalties before rifling into the far corner for 2-0.

United brought on Donny Van de Beek and Anthony Martial at half-time and in the 50th minute, Van de Beek pulled a goal back from Cristiano Ronaldo’s knock-down.

But their task was then made much harder in the 70th minute, when captain Harry Maguire was sent off for bringing down Tom Cleverley after he’d been caught in possession on the edge of his own box.

Cristiano Ronaldo then had the ball in the net, but he was flagged for offside. And then in stoppage time, João Pedro sealed the victory for Watford when he rattled in at the near post having been denied by De Gea moments earlier. It wasn’t over there either, as Dennis then got in on the act to make it 4-1 in the 96th minute.
