Pokemon GO trainers have been completing the Power Plant event where they help Spark to open the third mechanism of the mysterious door. But it looks like Team GO Rocket has learned of this and is looking to obtain the secrets behind the door for their own gains. Hence we also have a new event called Team GO Rocket Strikes where some additional objectives and rewards have been added. Pokemon GO: Field Research Tasks and Rewards for the ongoing events
As there are two events going on currently, the list of Field Research Tasks has now been updated. Now, the following rewards and Pokemon encounters will be available to the Trainers when they complete Field Research Tasks.

- Trainers need to catch 5 Electric-type Pokemons. The reward for this is that they get an encounter chance for Helioptile, Joltik, and Electrike (meeting its rare Shiny variant is also possible).

- Trainers need to make 3 curveball throws. They will get an encounter chance with Magnemite and Voltorb along with the rare possibility of meeting the shiny variants of both these Pokemons.
- Walking 1 kilometer will provide Trainers with an encounter chance of Helioptile.
- Walking 2 kilometers will provide Trainers with an encounter chance of Trubbish and Alolan Grimer along with the rare possibility of meeting the shiny variants of both these Pokemons
- Walking 4 kilometers will provide Trainers with an encounter chance of Emolga.
- Trainers need to defend 2 Team GO Rocket Grunts to have an encounter chance with Ekans, Skorupi, and Croagunk. There will be a rare chance of meeting the shiny variants of these three Pokemons.
- Trainers need to catch 5 Pokemons. For this, they will be rewarded with 5 Super Potions, 2 Hyper Potions, and 1 Revive.
- Trainers need to take 2 snapshots of a wild Pokemon. For this, they will be rewarded with 25 Mega Manetric energy and 25 Mega Amphoros energy.
Complete all these Field Research Tasks during the event time limit to obtain the exclusive rewards mentioned here.
