Jonny Bairstow embarked on yet another milestone as he registered the joint second-fastest half-century of IPL 2022. The fiery English batter thrashed RCB bowlers left right and center to hammer a 21-ball half-century. He has now joined the list of Liam Livingstone and Rahul Tripathi.

Bairstow opened the for PBKS against GT where he scored just 1. But from the second game onwards, Bairstow looked like a man determined to prove a point. He scored a wonderful 56-run knock in the last game and today he went on to score a smashing 66 run off just 29 balls.
Bairstow’s knock today was a fiery one. He scored 4 fours and 7 sixes and went on to boast a high strike rate of 227. Agarwal’s masterstroke paid all the dividends as Bairstow came back into form.
