New Zealand comprehensively dismantled the Sri Lankan side in the 1st ODI as they won by a whopping 198 runs.
With the loss in their previous match, Sri Lanka will not be able to get directly qualified for the ICC World Cup 2023. Instead, it will now have to play and win qualifier matches in Zimbabwe.
