Novak Djokovic surpassed Roger Federer’s record of 310 weeks in the top spot way back in 2021. In February this year he sailed past Steffi Graf’s record to create the history.

“It’s a pretty good achievement, 400 weeks at No. 1. It’s never been done in history. Someone will eventually break it, but hopefully it stays there for a long time,” Djokovic said following his win in the ATP Finals.

With the ATP Finals title, Novak Djokovic capped off a brilliant season. He began it with the Australian Open and the French Open title, with which he sailed past Rafael Nadal’s tally of 22 Grand Slam titles.

The Serbian then finished as runner-up at Wimbledon. However, he made a come back by clinching the US Open title. Ahead of the ATP Finals, he also won the Paris Masters title.
