No beef for Babar Azam & Co, Check Pakistan Cricket Team’s menu

Ahead of their first warm-up game against New Zealand on Friday (September 29), Pakistan cricket team's food menu has been revealed.

The Pakistan cricket team have arrived in Hyderabad for the upcoming World Cup, starting from October 5. Babar Azam and Co, who made their first visit to India after 7 years, received a warm-reception from crowd. Apart from high security, the Men in Green are enjoying some delicious meals in Hyderabad. Ahead of their first warm-up game against New Zealand on Friday (September 29), Pakistan cricket team’s food menu has been revealed.

As per PTI, No beef will be available for all the 10 participating teams in India. Pakistan will get their protein intake from chicken, mutton and fish. The team’s diet chart includes grilled lamb chops, mutton curry, the hugely popular butter chicken and grilled fish.

For carbohydrates, the team have requested for steamed basmati rice, spaghetti in Bolognese sauce, and vegetarian pulao.

The famous Hyderabadi biryani has been considered as one of the cheat meal options.

Regarding their schedule, Pakistan will play two warm-up matches before the ODI World Cup officially begins. They will first face New Zealand in Hyderabad on Friday and then take on Australia in their second practice game next Tuesday.

Pakistan’s ODI World Cup campaign starts on October 6th with match against Netherlands.
