New State Mobile Tournament
A couple of weeks back, a few eSports announced a BGMI Tournament which was scheduled to take place in the first week of March. KRAFTON immediately sent them the warning to stop organizing these tournaments until further notice. A similar sort of incident tooo place a few hours back. However, this time the title is New State Mobile. Gamers seem to wonder the main reason behind this action by KRAFTON.
Here’s what Team Underdog Arena had to say on the current situation, ” Please be informed that we have received a message from KRAFTON to put the current event on hold until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and will keep you updated on any developments. Thank you for understanding. ”
Team Underdog Arena clarifies
A few minutes later, the organizer of the NS Mobile tournament Clarified the matter mentioning, ” KRAFTON is not stopping any New State Tournament, as there is no channel of communication or portal to take permission from the Publisher. We didn’t take any permission like everyone else was doing. We are in talks with KRAFTON to resume the competition as soon as possible. Don’t believe any rumors until further notice.”

So, there’s not much to look into it. It’s just a permission issue. With everything happening, the community seems to go to the obvious conclusions (BGMI Unban). However, as of now, there are no such indications from either KRAFTON Or Government of India.
