National Games Kabaddi: Pardeep Narwal’s Haryana fails to win against Services

At the National Games Kabaddi competition, that is just preceding the Pro Kabaddi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Services and Maharashtra have made the semis.

With the Pro Kabaddi 2023 around the corner, the most sought-after sport at the National Games is kabaddi. All the PKL stars, who would be participating in the Pro Kabaddi League from December 2, are in action at the curtain-raiser National Games. But as the league matches got over, there has been a surprising result, which has evaded everyone’s attention.

The star-studded Team Haryana failed to win against Services earlier in the competition. While both the teams made it to the semis already, it is important to mention, Pardeep Narwal’s Haryana could not beat Services as the match ended at 34-34. While the points table shows a loss to both sides, it is not really the case.

Star-studded Haryana & Services

While Haryana has the likes of Pardeep, Mohit Goyat, Guman Singh & Meetu, Services has raiding machine Naveen Kumar, Arjun Deshwal, Surjeet, and Manjeet. Yet the match ended in a draw. Having said that, both these teams decimated the opposition in Group B, and were the best teams. Such is the Pro Kabaddi effect on these teams and players, that they are virtually evenly matched, at the National Games Kabaddi competition.

Maharashtra & Chandigarh no less

IN the other group, the likes of Aslam Inamdar, Arkam Shaikh, Akash Shinde & Mayur Kadam wreak havoc on all the teams. Chandigarh, even though lost to Maharashtra in one of the league games, but still managed to go through the semis. They would depend on Vijay Malik to deliver the goods for them in the semis. Most of these players will be around and playing in differt PKL teams.
