Mark Boucher, the former head coach of South Africa’s men’s cricket team was appointed as the head coach of Mumbai Indians ahead of IPL 2023, succeeding Mahela Jayawardene. Boucher, a legendary Proteas wicketkeeper, will continue to lead the five-time champions as head coach in IPL 2024.
