Mumbai City FC's AFC Champions League games in 2023-24 will have VAR in India because they were paired alongside Al Hilal.

The AFC Champions League 2023-24 will bring VAR to India as Mumbai City FC play their games in the country. The Islanders will be playing their home games in at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Balewadi, Pune. This is the second a full fledged VAR will be implemented in India after the FIFA U17 World Cup. Mumbai City FC have been drawn alongside Neymar Al Hilal, Nassaji Mazandaran FC and Navbahor FC.
