Rohit Sharma surpassed Yuvraj Singh for the most sixes by an Indian in T20 World Cups on Thursday during Men in Blue’s ICC Men’s T20 World Cup match against the Netherlands in Sydney.
During his 53-run innings against the Dutch side, Rohit Sharma (903* runs) also went past Tillakaratne Dilshan (897) to move to fourth place in the list of leading run-getters in T20 World Cups. Earlier India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to bat.
Both teams are unchanged for the Group 2 clash, with India looking to make it two wins from as many matches at the event following their thrilling victory over Pakistan in Melbourne on Sunday.
