Ahead of Logan Paul Fight, Dillon Danis Boldly Claims He Can Defeat Francis Ngannou -“So Easy”
Dillon Danis Explains Why he could easily beat Francis Ngannou
Danis recently joined Ariel Helwani on the MMA Hour show. The pair spoke about a host of topics. One of them was the possibility of Danis moving to the PFL. To this suggestion, Danis retorted, “The only way I’d go to PFL is if they give me the Jake Paul fight. I don’t want to fight anybody else. They’re all losers.”
Danis has previously fought in Bellator. However, this comment shows he has no interest in signing with a promotion anytime soon. Helwani then reminded Danis that Francis Ngannou is part of the PFL. To which Danis replied,
“Yea, that’s easy, though. You know I’d beat Francis.” Danis then tried to explain his controversial take by saying, “I’d pull guard so easily. Dude, he’s terrible. Heavyweights are known to be the worst technical fighters of all time.”

It is no secret that Danis is a very talented grappler. He is a jiu-jitsu black belt and has helped Conor McGregor prefer for his fights in the past. However, regardless of his skill, this seems like it would be too far-fetched even for Dillon Danis.
Francis Ngannou is not the best grappler going around. However, he weighs close to 90 lbs. more than Danis and punches harder than anyone Danis has ever faced. Therefore, it is clear that these comments from Danis will not get a lot of agreement from the masses.
What do you make of these bold claims from Dillon Danis? Do you think he has a chance against Francis Ngannou?
