That’s exactly what happened. Usyk’s promotion, K2 Promotions, and Dubois’ promotion, Queensberry promotions both bid. However, As Dan Rafael reported, K2 Promotions outbid Queensberry Promotions with a $8,057,000 bid compared to their $5,620,050 bid.

Since Usyk is the clear A-Side in this contest, he will get 75% of the purse bid. Thus, the Ukrainian will take home $$6,042,750 while Dubois will get $2,014,250. Therefore, while it is not the same kind of purse that Usyk received for his Anthony Joshua bouts, he will pocket three times the amount that his opponent will get.

In addition to this, the two will also receive some share of the PPV sales. However, we will only know these figures after the fight.
