The inaugural Major League Cricket 2023 (MLC 2023) season will run from July 13 to July 30. A total of 19 matches will be played, with six teams competing to win the first-ever MLC trophy: San Francisco, Unicorn Seattle Orcas, Texas Super Kings, Los Angeles Knight Riders, MI New York, and Washington Freedom.
MLC will see international stars like Faf du Plessis, David Miller, Andre Russell, Trent Boult, and Quinton de Kock play alongside America’s best players. Similar to the IPL, the inaugural edition of the MLC will be played in a round-robin format and will see the top four teams compete in a multi-game playoff, with the champion to be crowned on July 30.
