On January 20, Xbox’s Phil Spencer tweeted that Microsoft will continue to work with Sony to retain Call of Duty on the PlayStation platform.

The specifics of how Microsoft would carry out these plans have yet to be revealed, although some have hypothesized that the “want” to retain CoD on PlayStation could be a ruse to get Game Pass onto the PS4 and PS5.
