Hamilton Biles at Met Gala 2021: Simone Biles, the American gymnast donned a showgirl-inspired satin gown with crystal embroidery which mimics the feathers. As per New York Times, the costume was designed by Area, who said the embellishment took about 6,650 hours and 100 workers, including beaders, quality checkers and packers. Biles’ Met Gala dress weighs almost as much as she does, with the 98-pound outfit using more than 17,000 feet of Swarovski glass crystal chains and nearly 200 feet of tulle.

Just days after surviving a hazardous crash, Lewis Hamilton was at his fashionable best as he walked the red carpet at the Met Gala. The Met Gala has always had strong ties to tennis, and several of the tennis stars walked the red carpet on Tuesday.
