Many Ronaldo fans didn’t appreciate this tweet as one fan said this was unprofessional, while some said that this is a classic case of ‘Ronaldo vs the rigged system.’

The second tweet had an image of Ronaldo raising his thumbs, with a message that said, ‘Thumbs up if you really enjoyed the #FIFAWorldCup.’ This did not go down well with Ronaldo fans again.
Ronaldo fans were quick to defend their legend, as they felt this tweet was mocking Ronaldo. One fan said, ‘Fifa mocking Ronaldo. They have now deleted this tweet’, while another said, ‘The favouritism displayed by Fifa in that now-deleted tweet further corroborates our assumption of a rigged system against Ronaldo all along.’ Due to the backlash faced, FIFA decided to delete these two tweets.
