Mayank took to Instagram on December 11, 2022, and posted the first family photo since the birth of his baby boy. Mayank was dressed in a white shirt and blue jeans in the photo. Aashita, on the other hand, looked stunning in a bodycon dress as she held their baby boy in her arms, wrapped in a swaddle.
Along with it, Mayank wrote a cutesy note and introduced his son to the world. He also revealed his baby boy’s name, Aayansh. He also mentioned how his son is a beautiful gift from God and the first ray of light in his life.
Mayank had made a special marriage proposal to his then-girlfriend. After they got engaged in January 2018, he proposed to her in the most romantic way in London.
On the cricket front, Mayank will be next seen leading Karnataka into the Ranji Trophy 2022-23 season. He is all set to go under the auction hammer for a base price of Rs 1 Crore. In 2022, he led Punjab Kings, but was not retained by the franchise.
Mayank is a constant figure in India’s Test squad. He has played 21 Tests for India, scoring 1488 runs at an average of 41.33 with the highest score of 243. He has four test hundreds and two double hundreds to his name. Not to mention the six fifties he has amassed.
