There were fears over the health of the 32-year-old after he was taken off on a stretcher in Gabon’s win over Libya last Friday. The Gabon FA then verified that he would play no additional role for them during the break, guaranteeing he would go back to the Emirates Stadium early.
Aubameyang scored the only goal of the game for his side from the penalty spot before he left. However, Gabon was still knocked out from the World Cup qualifiers after Egypt’s draw at Angola.

Mane was pictured in training with his Reds teammates at Kirkby on Tuesday morning and did not show any adverse effects from the blow he had suffered when away with his country.
