Leaked Documents In UFC Anti-Trust Case States Conor McGregor’s Complete UFC Earnings

Amid the current antitrust action, Conor McGregor's declared UFC earnings have surfaced. Information regarding five of his fight purses from 2015 to 2016 has been made public.

The UFC has made a name for itself as the largest and most well-known mixed martial arts organization worldwide during the previous 20 years. From his 2013 debut, “The Notorious” Conor McGregor has been a major contributor to the UFC’s rapid expansion. Not one of the UFC’s numerous well-known stars has achieved the same level of success as Conor McGregor. It goes without saying that this made him the most paid athlete in the company’s history.

“The Notorious” reportedly received $3,285,000 for his battle against Chad Mendes, according to BloodyElbow. He earned $4,476,662 or $4,536,932 against Jose Aldo. $5,576,315 was earned by Nate Diaz in his debut bout. The amount grew somewhat to $5,615,490 in the rematch. And lastly, he earned $6,812,374 for the Eddie Alvarez bout.

A major setback to the UFC’s attempts to remove the class action status from a case involving hundreds of mixed martial artists demanding unpaid compensation was recently dealt by the ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals. The trial is set to take place the following year thanks to the court’s ruling. Several former boxers have filed a lawsuit alleging that the promotion engaged in anti-competitive behavior between 2010 and 2017, including market monopolization and fighter pay suppression.

All of the records can be made available to the public now that the case is within the court’s jurisdiction. The UFC has chosen to reveal the fighters’ salaries in an attempt to support their stance.

Based on data taken from documents made public by Bloody Elbow, Conor McGregor appears to have received one of the largest payouts mentioned in the report—roughly $25 million—from his bouts with opponents such as Chad Mendes, Jose Aldo, Nate Diaz, and Eddie Alvarez during that particular time frame.
