According to Blogs RdxSports, his pre-workout breakfast consists of a smoothie made of 1 cup of green vegetables, 1 banana, 1 tiny serving of grass-fed whey, pea protein powder, or brown rice, blended with ice and water. Additionally, he consumes a teaspoon of fish oil after the smoothie. A typical post-workout meal is Greek yogurt 1 cup, 2 tablespoons, crushed walnuts, and a cup and a half of blueberries.

Lunch and Dinner

Nurmagomedov has a big green salad bowl for lunch that includes 1 cup each of spinach, cabbage, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, and baby romaine along with 1 can of tuna that’s been lightly cooked with vinegar, celery, mustard, and onions. Notably, the cooked tuna may occasionally be mixed with protein.

Dunch contains three hard-boiled eggs, one yolk, and two red peppers together with a cucumber. And for dinner, he has a few spears of asparagus or zucchini with pink salt and olive oil. And a quarter-ounce of slow-cooked or grilled chicken or turkey, a half-cup of black beans, some Pico de Gallo, and a little quantity of salt.
