According to WrestleVotes via GiveMeSport, the previously rumoured match between John Cena and Logan Paul could take place at SummerSlam 2023.
“Logan loved the idea and Cena was totally down it. They’d have made mega money and it’s just a matter of when. They want to tell a good story because they’re megastars, so there’s got to be a reason. The matches is very much on the table, even at a SummerSlam. John Cena returned on the March 6, 2023, episode of WWE Raw. With his return, he came face to face with WWE United States Champion Austin Theory who challenged Cena to a match at WrestleMania. Though Cena declined the match at first, later his hometown crowd cheered to see the match and Cena accepted Theory’s challenge. Thus, now John Cena and Austin Theory will face each other at WrestleMania 39 for the WWE United States Championship.
It will be a spectacle to watch what happens at the match between Cena and Theory at WrestleMania.
