Jay Shah to unveil renovated Arun Jaitley Stadium ahead of SA vs SL World Cup clash

Jay Shah will be seen at the rejuvenated Arun Jaitley Stadium for the third World Cup game between South Africa vs Sri Lanka

Ahead of the South Africa vs Sri Lanka World Cup match in Delhi tomorrow, BCCI secretary Jay Shah will inaugurate the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Arun’s son, Rohan Jaitely, has played a huge hand in rebuilding the stadium. Earlier BCCI had given 50 Crores to each of the World Cup venues to rework the stadium.

With Delhi set to host five WC matches starting from SA vs SL, fans are in for some stellar matches. According to Dainik Jagran reports, all the pitches have been re-laid in Delhi. However, it is still not clear whether the pitches will be spin-friendly, or will be a batting paradise. Traditionally, the Delhi surface aids spin bowling, as seen in IPL over the last decade.
