Bumrah and Co jet off to Dublin for IND vs IRE T20s, Samson to join in Ireland

India's IPL performers will be in spotlight as they leave for a three-match T20 series against Ireland. However, all focus will be on Jasprit Bumrah who is leading the side.

The Indian Cricket Team, led by Jasprit Bumrah, jetted off for the IND vs IRE series. The majority of the young squad travelled in the wee hours of August 15, India’s 75th Independence Day. Bumrah, Prasidh Krishna, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Rinku Singh were all pictured. Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma, who were part of the IND vs WI series, will arrive in Ireland directly.

The Indian Cricket team looked in great spirits as they headed to Dublin for the India vs Ireland T20I series. Jasprit Bumrah will lead the side comprised of several IPL stars bound for the Asian Games 2023. A number of players have also returned to the scheme of things, hoping to put on a good show. Bumrah himself is returning almost 11 months after his last game for the team. Prasidh Krishna is also making a comeback. Ruturaj Gaikwad will be vice-captain in the IND vs IRE series. He will lead the side in the Asian Games, with as many as 11 players part of both squads.

Sanju Samson, Tilak Varma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ravi Bishnoi, Arshdeep Singh, Mukesh Kumar, and Avesh Khan were all part of the IND vs WI series. Having completed the series in Florida, the Indian Cricket Team stars will head straight to Dublin. The IND vs IRE series begins on August 18.
