The Wrestling Federation of India is fully supporting his star grappler when it comes to coach selection.

Under the guidance of Emzarios Shako Bentindis Bajrang Punia clinched the Olympic medal and he has now flown back to his country as his contact was only till Tokyo Olympics. It has been learnt that WFI has been in advance talks with a coach from Ukraine as they were not entirely happy with Emzarios Shako Bentindis’ overall contribution towards Bajrang’s improvement in the game. But now the time has come when WFI should decide on the next wrestling coach soon as from next year there is Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and World Championship.
