The Stylebender is the first two-time middleweight champion and fourth out of the 15 fighters in the industry to have reclaimed their title back. During the 2017 bout, Pereira used a motion like he was shooting arrows from a bow. Adesanya used the same motion after knocking down his opponent and his son to mock them with his victory.

Israel Adesanya Vs Alex Pereira: The UFC’s visit to Miami was memorable. At UFC 287, the UFC brought back a sizable event with some big names prepared to shine when the lights were brightest after 20 years away from the Magic City.

Israel Adesanya accomplished this by eliminating Alex Pereira in the Kaseya Center’s main event, reclaiming his position as the greatest middleweight in the division. Adesanya, who had lost three previous fights to Pereira in kickboxing and mixed martial arts, unleashed a brutal right hand that sent the Brazilian to the ground knocking him out before more blows finished him off.

Israel Adesanya Vs Robert Whittaker: At UFC 243 Israel Adesanya stood up against his fellow opponent Robert Whittaker at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia. The won the match by completely dominating his opponent Robert Whittaker and marked his win with TKO during the second round.

Adesanya successfully recorded a series of 40 significant strikes during the UFC 243. Landing 27 of the strikes to Whittaker’s head, six on his body and the rest seven on his leg. 

By the second round Whittaker had already made himself vulnerable to some of Adesanya’s stunning counter attacks.

Israel Adesanya Vs Paulo Costa: Israel Adesanya successfully defended his middleweight belt at UFC 253 by finishing Paulo Costa. TKO was used by Adesanya to defeat Paulo Costa.

In order to stop the Brazilian fighter from talking trash early on, Adesanya kicked Costa’s front leg repeatedly, and by the time Round 2 began, Costa had bruises all over his lower body.

At the beginning of the second round, Adesanya kicked high into Costa’s face, exposing his face, and then dispatched his opponent with a left counterpunch to the dome. Costa fell over and was unable to get up.

Israel Adesanya Vs Robert Wilkinson: Perth Arena in Perth, Australia hosted UFC 221. Israel Adesanya did not exactly have an easy time with Wilkinson, but after he started getting on his hands and knees, he was able to understand things quickly and effortlessly.

At the 3:37 mark of the second round, Adesanya (12-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) finished Wilkinson (11-2 MMA, 0-2 UFC) with a barrage of blows Knocking him out. He then sent a warning to the middleweight division of the UFC, declaring himself the new dog in the ring and having marked his territory all over the cage.

Israel Adesanya Vs Derek Brunson: In Madison Square Garden, Israel Adesanya and Derek Brunson squared off in the UFC 230 event. Adesanya (15-0) dominated Derek Brunson (18-7) on way to a brutal first-round TKO, earning him his fourth victory of 2018.

“The Last Stylebender” followed Brunson across the canvas with homicidal purposes before dispatching him with a barrage of punches.

Adesanya caught Brunson with a well-timed knee early in the first round before unleashing on him. The song “Final Stylebender” began to play while Brunson swayed. With head kicks, right hands, knees inside, and one last left hand, he knocked Brunson out permanently.
