ISL Transfers: Mumbai City FC ACQUIRES Prime Target, SIGNS Akash Mishra from Hyderabad FC

Hyderabad FC have transferred left-back Akash Mishra to Mumbai City FC after three years.

ISL Transfers: Hyderabad FC have completed the transfer of Indian left-back Akash Mishra to Mumbai City FC for an undisclosed fee, the club announced on Monday. Mishra joins the Islanders after three memorable years with HFC.

The 21-year-old burst onto the scene with Hyderabad FC in the 2020–21 campaign and became a regular for the National Team in his three seasons at the club.

ISL Transfers: Akash Mishra goes to Mumbai City FC after three successful years with Hyderabad FC

Mishra made 69 appearances in all competitions in Yellow and Black scoring three goals, and was an important part of the squad that won the Indian Super League title in the 2021–22 season. He went on to cement his spot in the National Team making 16 appearances in the Blue of India, winning the recently concluded Hero Intercontinental Cup in Bhubaneswar.
