Evans announced on social media that she would henceforth be called “Macey Estrella” instead of “Lacey Evans” It’s finally official that Lacey Evans has left WWE after all the social media hints over the past few days.
All of Evans’ recent activities indicated that she had left the organisation, and Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has since confirmed this.

Last year, Lacey Evans came back from maternity leave. But during the past six months, her character has frequently gone from being a babyface to a heel. She was not, however, a central character in any major plot.
Evans lost to Charlotte Flair on SmackDown in her most recent match in June.
The ex-Marine’s Twitter bio was updated to say “FKA WWE Superstar Lacey Evans,” allegedly signalling that she had departed the Stamford-based company.
There is currently no information available regarding the circumstances surrounding Evans’ departure, including whether she asked for and received her release, whether WWE opted to release her without her request, or if her contract had expired.
Evans, whose true name is Macey Estrella-Kadlec, modified her bios to read “FKA WWE Superstar Lacey Evans” throughout the previous few nights and changed her social media usernames to “Limitless Macey.”

Evans joined WWE in 2016 and wrestled in the NXT developmental division until being promoted to the main roster in 2019.
Her most recent contest was a dark match against Zelina Vega at SmackDown on July 7.
On the SmackDown episode from June 23, she lost to Charlotte Flair in her final TV bout.
Evans is still listed on the SmackDown roster as of right now on WWE.com, but it doesn’t mean much considering how frequently the roster hasn’t been changed to reflect people leaving the organisation.
