IPL 2023: MS Dhoni training – Chennai Super Kings captain Mahindra Singh Dhoni trained hard at Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) academy on Wednesday (October 19). The wicketkeeper-batter has begun training for the 16th season of the Indian Premier League 2023. The CSK skipper does not play domestic tournaments, and hence he needs more practice than the rest. Dhoni was seen all padded up and in a jolly mood. The CSK skipper interacted with JSCA net bowlers. Dhoni, who has said several times that he is not finished yet, is keen to do well for CSK and win the 5th IPL title. Follow IPL 2023 Live Updates with InsideSport.IN.

IPL 2023: Dhoni keen to turn the clock, eyes massive runs in IPL 2023 – While it is no doubt Dhoni is impeccable with his captaincy, it is his power hitting that has waned over the years. The wicketkeeper-batter only managed to score 252 in 16 matches at a lowish strike rate of 130 in IPL 2022 season. Interestingly, no one is allowed inside JSCA when Dhoni trains. Only net bowlers are allowed to come. The CSK captain also practiced for one-hour last week at JSCA.
Dhoni earlier had already made it clear that playing in Chennai this time will be really special. Dhoni and CSK will play in Chennai after a long gap of 3 seasons. And it’s clear that the former India captain wants to make the season special for himself and his team.
MS Dhoni Investments: Dhoni starts venture, invests into plant-based protein start-up Shaka Harry
Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni recently launched his training academy in partnership with his franchise Chennai Super Kings. Now Dhoni has picked up equity in the plant protein startup Shaka Harry. The startup creates plant-based mock meat. Dhoni will also be the BRAND-AMBASSADOR for the product.
Dhoni Shaka Harry: Dhoni told reporters that he loves chicken but now he is after a balanced diet. It is much easier with products from Shaka Harry, which has a wide range that delivers a healthier experience to that of traditional meat dishes, he said.
