The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain did more than two hours of net session while at the academy. The intensity of the session clearly pointed out that Dhoni is very serious about IPL Season 16. MS Dhoni IPL 2023 Training: If the video is something to go by than – Dhoni looked leaner & fitter than before. According to sources in (JSCA Academy), no one is allowed to come inside when Dhoni trains. Only the NET-BOWLERS and the indoor facilty staff is allowed to stay inside while the legend of Indian cricket trains.
Dhoni earlier had already made it clear that playing in Chennai this time will be really special. Dhoni and CSK will play in Chennai after a long gap of 3 seasons. And it’s clear that the former India captain wants to make the season really special for himself and his team.

Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni recently launched his training academy in partnership with his franchise Chennai Super Kings. Now Dhoni has picked up equity in the plant protein startup Shaka Harry. The startup creates plant-based mock meat. Dhoni will also be the BRAND-AMBASSADOR for the product.
Dhoni Shaka Harry: Dhoni told reporters that he loves chicken but now he is after a balanced diet. It is much easier with products from Shaka Harry, which has a wide range that delivers a healthier experience to that of traditional meat dishes, he said.
