IPL 2023 Auction: The buzz shifts to IPL 2023 after the conclusion of T20 World Cup 2022 on Sunday. The IPL franchises will be in readiness to submit the list of their released and retained players with the deadline set for November 15. In the meantime, the franchises also traded and swapped some players from their opposition side. Follow IPL 2023 LIVE Updates with InsideSport.IN
The 10 franchises will, however, have a chance to reinstate their full squad at the IPL 2023 mini-auction on December 2023. While it is quite clear that five-time champions will let go off the services of their under performing veteran Kieron Pollard, Chennai Super Kings have retained their star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja despite the speculations over his future.
Younger franchises like Lucknow Super Giants will retain young Ayush Badoni after his fine exploits in SMAT 2022 whereas Gujarat Titans will look to let go off Australia wicket keeper-batter Matthew Wade after his poor run in their title winning season.
Let us have a look at the final list of the retained and released players from every franchise.
