1. Camreon Green

Australian players make up one of the largest contingent of overseas players in IPL, and being a pace-bowling all-rounder, Green could spark bidding wars during the auction next month. Green had performed admirably well during the India vs Australia bilateral series when the Aussies came to tour the subcontinent before the T20 World Cup. Franchises including Punjab Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants who have decent amount in their purse might go all-out for the Australian all-rounder.  It remains to be seen as how Green performs in one of the toughest franchise-based leagues in the world.

2. Philip Salt

Insidesport

Philip Salt has done exceedingly well in his short T20I career for the Three Lions. Apart from his antics in the national jersey, Salt has been a prolific performer in the domestic arena.  The right-handed batter has amassed 2,465 runs in 107 T20 innings at a strike rate of 150.30. It will be interesting to see how Salt performs in the upcoming matches and if he can receive a bid at IPL Auction 2022.

3. Samarth Vyas

Saurashtra’s hard-hitting batter Samarth Vyas has performed well in SMAT 2022. It was his strike rate of 151 runs batting at number three that caught the eye of a few IPL teams. Vyas can attack from ball one and plays a fearless brand of cricket. With teams like KKR, LSG, SRH, and PBKS lacking a reliable India middle-order batter, the Saurashtra player can solve that problem by scoring runs at a brisk clip. His contributions with the bat meant that Saurashtra went on to win the VHT 2022 after beating Maharashtra in the final game.

Rohan Kunnummal was the prominent scorer for Kerala in VHT 2022. Kunnummal amassed 414 runs in just seven games. The 24-year-old scored at an astonishing average of 103.50. To note, Kunnummal recently attended RR trial camps with the help of RR skipper and his state-mate Sanju Samson. The finalist of the IPL 2022 might be tempted to rope in Kunnummal in the upcoming auction.

5. Harry Brook

Insidesport

An upcoming rising star of England, Harry Brook made quite an impression in T20I international. It might not be a surprise if teams in IPL splash huge amounts of money to secure the services of Harry Brook. He is a widely talented cricketer from England and several franchises might be interested in roping Brook in IPL 2023.
