Being an action-packed season featuring ten teams, there will be twelve double-headers in the upcoming edition of the competition. The first double-header will be played on 27th March, where Delhi Capitals will take on Mumbai Indians in the afternoon game, whereas Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore will cross swords in the evening clash.

As for the team-wise distribution of double-headers, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals will feature the most number of times – with both sides being involved in six double-headers. On the opposite end of the spectrum are Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings, who will only be involved in three double-headers.

10th April (Sunday) – Kolkata Knight Riders vs Delhi Capitals, Rajasthan Royals vs Lucknow Super Giants
16th April (Saturday) – Mumbai Indians vs Lucknow Super Giants, Delhi Capitals vs Royal Challengers Bangalore
