Mayanti Langer has hosted a number of World Cups across different sports including cricket, football and the Commonwealth Games.
The legendary presenter has been leading the Star Sports English broadcast since IPL 2018 i.e., when Star Sports/ Hotstar won the digital rights of IPL for the first time, except for the last two seasons.
She took her quality time off the job to enjoy her new role as Mum during the pandemic-affected last IPL season. Kira Narayanan, Naspreet Kaur had filled the role in her absence from the cash-rich league.
