IPL 2022: 5 youngsters eyeing big bucks – The IPL 2022 Mega Auction is less than a month away, yet the excitement for the forthcoming cricketing extravaganza is at its peak. With hundreds of players going under the hammer on 12th and 13th February in Bengaluru, eyes will be on youngsters especially, Ishan Kishan, Avesh Khan, Devdutt Padikkal. The prestigious tournament is tentatively scheduled to begin from 2nd April and continue till 3rd June. As franchises make their teams for the next three years, the focus will be on those youngsters who will be ready to raise their salary caps in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction. Rahul Chahar: The future is bright for Rahul Chahar as the bowler looks to carry forward his form from the previous year of IPL. In 2021 he picked up 13 wickets in 11 innings at an average of 24.46. His previous salary of 1.90 will increase manifold as teams will try to acquire the 22-year-old in the upcoming IPL 2022 Mega Auction.

Avesh Khan: This young fast bowler set the limelight on himself in IPL 2021 where he put his career-best performance. He bagged 24 wickets in 16 innings with a brilliant average of 18.75. The past salary of 70 Lakhs for the 25-year-old is going to rise by leaps and bounds and teams would be eager to buy him to bolster their bowling lineup.
