Umran Malik, who played for Sunrisers Hyderabad late last year after coming in as injury replacement for T Natarajan, impressed with his pace and he was retained by the team ahead of this year’s auction for 4 crores.
Despite his pace, he still has to improve his accuracy and get better with his line and length as he has conceded nearly 10 runs per over in every game that he has played so far. Against Chennai Super Kings too, he bowled only three overs and gave away 29 runs without picking up any wicket.
