KL Rahul explains dismissal
Rahul has received some criticism for having no answer to Boult’s ripper, but he has explained that he did not see the ball and would have played differently if he did. “I didn’t see it (the ball that got him from Boult), if I did I could have done something about it. Have to give it to him. Was a good ball,” Rahul said.
Speaking on what was LSG’s second defeat of the season, he further added “We have a good team, and have enough options with bat and ball. Even when we were 20-odd for three, we knew we had a chance.” LSG will now enjoy a five-day break before taking on Mumbai Indians this Saturday, April 16.
