Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya featured during the India tour of Sri Lanka where the visitors won the ODI series 2-1 while lost the T20I contest one with the same margin. While the elder brother- Krunal Pandya garnered attention with his fine bowling on the tour, Hardik Pandya had an off-colour season on the Lankan soil.

In the first leg of the tournament held in India, the duo played all 7 matches for the franchise. Krunal looked in fine touch- where he aggregated 100 runs and scalped 3 wickets whereas Hardik saw an underperformance who could muster just 52 runs in the seven matches he played.
